Followed by an email at il01scheduling@mail.house.gov to confirm that we’ve received it. 

Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of the Congressional calendar, any meetings and event appearances are scheduled pending votes and committee business and may change at any time. In cases where the Congressman is unable to attend your meeting or event, we will redirect your request to staff.
